Music To The Eyes Technique Blog Hop

Welcome to this month's Technique Blog Hop!  This month's technique focus is on page 34 of Close To My Heart's Annual Inspirations Idea Book.  Use your journaling pen on your artwork.  Easy peasy and so cute!  If you are coming from Tonya's blog you are on the right track.  I chose to do card using C1600 Happy Birds and paper from Wanderful

I used my journaling pin to make swirlys from the birds and around the letters of my title.  I can see how it could be very easy to get carried away with the journaling pen!  After I took this picture, I added even more, but decided 'oops maybe it was too much!'  So, you get this picture.  On the card, I used our awesome ShinHan markers to color in the birds, flowers, and feather.  Also, there are gold sequins (one of my favorite accessories).

Thanks for looking and now hop on over to Judy Faye's blog, but before you go leave me a little comment, please!  Happy Hopping!
